ATV Riders must be at least 16 years old to drive alone on an ATV. All minors 16 & 17 years old must have a guardian signature to drive. If a minor does not have an adult to sign for them they will not be able to participate. Customers that are 7 years old and older may ride along on our 3-passenger ATV. This ATV will accommodate 2 passengers and must be reserved in advance.
All riders will be required to wear appropriate clothing. Long pants, closed toed shoes (tennis shoes are fine), T-shirt (long sleeve recommended). Helmets and eye protection will be provided. For a $5.00 wash fee you can get camo pants and short and long sleeve T-shirt.
As you can see, dirt and an occasional cow pie might get you dirty!
All customers will be given a safety briefing and an Equipment orientation and then will be required to drive a small course to show there proficiency at driving the ATV. Women that are pregnant are not allowed to participate. Anyone with heart, back or neck problems is also encouraged not to partake. No tandem or double riding except on our passenger ATV. Riders must be 16 years old or older to drive alone on an ATV. Minimum driver weight to operate an ATV alone is approximately 100 lbs. Maximum weight per person is approximately 300 lbs. Smoking is only allowed in Ulupalakua town. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on our tours. This is a requirement of the land owner.
