| The Maui surfing companies we represent provide everything you need to surf in one easy lesson! They specialize in all levels from beginning to advanced. The classes are two hours long and include use of a rashguard, surf shoes, a soft top surfboard, and safety fins. Most lessons include a fifteen minute land lesson on the basics of surfing, emphasizing water safety. The rest of the time is spent with an instructor in the water teaching you how to catch your own waves and giving great surfing tips! The surfing staffs consist of true Hawaiians and locals who have surfed all their lives. We guarantee the longest water time, and after the class students can continue surfing on their own (providing the boards are available). It's required that the instructors be professional and trained in CPR/First Aid, their passion for teaching surfing, provides for a quality surf lesson. Each staff has an excellent water safety record and emphasize a strong knowledge of surf history. |
