Pauwela Bakery is operated by owner / chef Brandon Shim. He is a graduate of Maui Community College's Culinary Arts Program. His work experience includes Tommy Bahamas Tropical Cafe in Wailea, Stella Blues Cafe and the Haliimaile General Store. He is happily married to Shari and has two sons.
	Accounting and finance is taken care of by owner / manager Tony Arakaki. He is a jack of many trades from initially being in the biotechnology field in Northern California - all the way to being an investor and entrepreneur. He is also our own "in house" handyman and web designer.
Mike Arakaki, owner / manager, takes care of advertising and promotion for Pauwela Cafe. He is always researching new ideas and concepts and consistently brings a fresh approach to everything we do.
