The Holy Rosary Church is one of many scenic buildings that give the feel of upcountry Maui. Baldwin Ave takes you from Makawao down to Paia with spectacular scenery and sunsets over the West Maui mountains.

Paia beaches are some of the few public beaches on the island uncorrupted by hotels and condos (for the time being anyway). The highlights of these beaches are definitely Baldwin Beach Park with its long stretch of white sand and Ho'okipa Beach Park with its great surfing and world renowned windsurfing.
